2. Terms for Job Seekers

• Profile Visibility: By uploading a resume, you consent to making it searchable to recruiters (RESDEX). You can adjust these settings in your privacy dashboard.
• Communication: You agree to receive job alerts, promotional mailers, and calls/SMS from Indiahire or its partners.
• No Guarantees: Indiahire does not guarantee a job or a response from employers.
• Application Process: When you apply for a job, you authorize the platform to share your data and documents with that employer.

3. Terms for Recruiters

• Compliance: Recruiters must follow data protection laws and are responsible for the secure use of candidate data.
• Job Authenticity: By posting, you warrant that the job is genuine and that no fee will be charged to candidates for the application process.
• Domain Policy: Recruiters must use official company email domains. Non-official domains (like Gmail/Yahoo) are prohibited.
• Listing Duration: Classified and "Hot Vacancy" listings typically stay active for 30 days.

4. Specialized Services

• Resume Writing/Display: Payments are upfront and non-refundable. Service is deemed "approved" if you don't provide feedback within 7 days.
• Recruiter Connection: Job seekers can buy credits to message recruiters. Credits are valid for one year.
• RESDEX (Database): Access is for internal recruitment only. Downloading data for commercial resale or sharing it with a candidate's current employer is strictly forbidden.

5. Anti-Spam & Conduct

• Prohibited Content: Users may not post unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.
• Spam Policy: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, misleading subject lines, or soliciting payments via the platform is grounds for immediate termination without a refund.
• Monitoring: Indiahire reserves the right to monitor and filter emails/messages sent through its servers to prevent spam.

6. Payments & Liability

• Refunds: All payments are 100% advance. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the company.
• Indemnity: Users agree to hold Indiahire harmless against any damages arising from their use of the site or breach of terms.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes are subject to arbitration in Mohali, Punjab, India, governed by Indian Law.
